Toronto Real Estate Prices Up Over 10% From One Year Ago

TorontoMay 7, 2014- The Toronto Real Estate Board just released the April 2014 figures which show that the average selling price of homes in Toronto is over 10.1% from this time last year. The biggest reason is continued low listing inventory with freehold properties and townhouses driving the market more than condominium apartment units. Read the full stats for yourself.
