This low inventory combined with incredibly low interest rates and high demand are all factors contributing to the red hot Toronto market. In the 416 area, the average price of a detached home is now $1,040,018 and a semi sells for $702,035 on average. The highest priced areas are C12, (e.g. Bridle Path/ York Mills/ Bayview). with an average detached home going for $2,115,887.
