May 5, 2017- The Toronto real estate market remains very active and sale prices are strong. However, new listings were up over 33% March 2017 compared with March 2016 and active listings were up 3% from a year ago. So, if inventory is increasing, we may be heading to a more balanced market, from the seller’s market Toronto has seen for what seems like forever. April 13, 2015- The Toronto Real Estate Board reports that sales in Toronto are up another 11% from this time last year! New listings are up, but inventory remains tight. The average sale price of a detached home in the City of Toronto is up 15.9% from March 2014. Interest rates are crazy low, which keeps buying in this City affordable.
